I cannot find a record I created¶
Use global search first. If it still does not appear, check whether your role or department scope limits what you can see.
Why can I view a page but not edit it?¶
Mica uses role-level, field-level, and row-level permissions. Some actions are restricted even if the page itself is visible.
Why is a payment not available yet?¶
Check whether the related contract, payment schedule, invoice, or approval state has reached the required step.
I use SSO. Can I still have a local account?¶
Yes. Depending on the administrator’s setup, local and SSO identities can be linked to the same user record.
